For the execution and monitoring of the projects, we always insist that there is a local committee that takes responsibility. Often, these are people from the Christian workers' movement, women's groups, social services, village councils, or local cooperative movements.

Through letters, faxes, emails, and local visits, we keep ourselves informed. Local trusted persons evaluate and monitor the projects for us.

 

North operation:

Giving testimony and providing information to the larger public here, using slideshows, video presentations, speeches, and exhibitions.

Fundraising from municipal and government agencies.

Receiving visits from partners.

Maintaining contacts with like-minded people through the 4th pillar support center.

Kadaï sales stand with artisanal or other actions where the net proceeds also go to the projects.

 

Basic rules:

Support only for small-scale projects that benefit the poorest of the poor.

Projects only proposed by local social organizations, social workers, priests, or religious communities.

Involvement of the local population.

Priority given to projects concerning basic healthcare, housing, education, basic income, gender equality, water supply.

Allowing our trusted persons to monitor and supervise the projects.
